We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator for one of the UK’s most dynamic award winning business delivering sustainable solutions for the design, building and maintenance of the UK’s transport infrastructure ensuring that the Processes operate efficiently within cost, productivity, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment targets.
Job Summary:

Work closely with the other members of SBPC team, the business development team and business units for management of information required

Main Duties:

• To monitor a number of shared mailboxes, distributing emails, downloading documents and providing responses, to and from the business units, as required via e-portals
• e-portal monitoring over festive periods & bank holidays
• Tracking target opportunities
• To record and track all opportunities via CRM or spreadsheet as appropriate
• To identify and analyse the suitability of OJEU notices and other opportunities received by the business or sourced from other websites; and to distribute them to individuals in the business units as required
• To undertake e-procurement activities, including expression of interest, upload of tenders and submissions, to support the business units as required
• To register and maintain registrations of the companies profile on targeted e-procurement portals
• To administer tender clarifications as required via e-portals
• To track and record tender clarifications
• To answer on line questions on tenders to support the business units
• To complete and submit questionnaires
• To administer, manage and archive physical and electronic files including 'S' drive
• To prepare physical and electronic files to handover to the strategic bidding team as required
• To prepare and publish organisational charts on Connex
