Application Support Analyst
Based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh
Required skills:
• 3+ years as an application support analyst
• Good trouble shooting skills
• Be capable of achieving UK MoD SC (Security Cleared) status
Desirable skills:
• Self starter and copes well under pressure
• Demonstrable track record of supporting and interacting with customers
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn on both new and old platforms
• SQL scripting, Programming skills, Oracle Secure Global Desktop,
• Unix command line, Opentext Content Server
• Good team player
• Basic AD/Windows troubleshooting
• Basic Windows system admin
• Understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL)
