Positions based in South East England
Salary circa £28,000 per annum + excellent working conditions
Experienced assessors required to become part of a team working with local employers. You will assess candidates that are undertaking the L3 Apprenticeship in Electrical Installation/Maintenance or L3 Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering in the workplace.
The successful applicants will have current industrial knowledge and assessor experience in the relevant field at level 3 although level 4/5 would be an advantage.
Experience/Qualifications
Essential:
Competence to at least NVQ Level 3 within the subject area
Hold the appropriate assessor qualifications (A1, TAQA awards)
Hold qualifications as defined by the awarding body for current programme delivery
Literacy and Numeracy qualifications to at least Level 2 / equivalent or be prepared develop a plan to achieve within the first year of appointment
Willingness to deliver training flexibly across a range of hours as required by the employer
Desirable:
Hold the appropriate verifier qualifications (D34, V1 or TAQA, awards
