The company has ambitious expansion plans for the new year and is looking to recruit high quality business development professionals across the region and is looking for people based across, South Wales, Swindon, Bristol and Cheltenham areas.

Job role

· Build strong business relationships with decision makers in the SME, Coporate and Private sector organisations

· Use professional sales techniques to close business appointments and deliver revenue streams in line with business objectives

· Work closely with the telesales and marketing team to obtain appointments with decision makers and close business transactions

· Develop accounts to capitalise on opportunities for development

· Use existing network and attend networking events to build new relationships

· Report on activities and pipeline business opportunities

· Share best practice with colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve business goals

· Deliver strong and sustained business growth

Person Specification

· Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a similar or same industry sector

· Demonstrable track record of sales

· Ability to deliver new business and develop accounts

· Stable sales career

· Strong sales skills with classical sales training with additional training in consultative selling techniques

· Understanding of finance/leasing of capital equipment.


Excellent basic salary packages commensurate with experience

Overall ability to earn £70k - £100k per annum
