About the Role:
Lead the delivery of Business Solutions that support the business and functional strategy. This includes the control of the architecture of solutions and accountability for the delivery.
Build a team that has credibility across key stakeholders (including external partners) and can sustain a recognisable high performance

Drive the implementation of technology solutions and strategy defined in collaboration with Architecture team, Solution Architect and peers in connected functions.

Own the quality of all solutions against stakeholder and change management expectations.

Own the overall adherence of the solution to a high-level design defined in collaboration with Architecture team, Solution Architect and peers in connected functions to meet the business requirements on a given project or programme.

Take accountability for delivery of functional project portfolio from solution detailed design to delivery and support cross-functional projects and programmes

Support the approval of project resourcing requirements, utilising the most cost-effective mix of resources

Ensure the delivery of the functional project portfolio supports agreed architectural principles and quality standards

Is responsible for adherence and development of efficient and effective IT processes related to the role
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
-
Key experience in directly and indirectly managing delivery functions to deliver a portfolio of projects
-
Has good understanding of Supply Chain strategy preferably in the Consumer Goods industry covering associated business principles, technology, key business processes and emerging trends.

Has proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a complex organisation demonstrating empathy and strength of character

Experienced in managing teams of Consultants and project delivery resources both internal and external (2-8)
-
A track record in leading the delivery of a project portfolio following a structured quality gate methodology including the development of business cases to support project approval

Strong ownership of forecasting and following budgets
Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in the delivery of project portfolios in Supply Chain
• Extensive business engagement and stakeholder management
Desirable Technical Qualifications:
• Prince/ITIL/MSP
