Person Specification: The right candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills. They will be able to communicate with different types of people. Show empathy when required, take responsibility and ownership of problems. Build rapport and be able to identify up selling opportunities. The right person will be able to demonstrate a good balance of Customer Service and Sales skills. Previous Customer Service/Call centre experience would be advantageous.

Call Type: Inbound calls dealing with queries relating to boilers. Your aim will be to book Engineer appointments. You will follow the correct company procedure for identifying and prioritising vulnerable customers. You will also be targeted on promoting and up selling products predominantly focusing on Insurance cover. Our client will be counting on you to build relationships with their customers by demonstrating that you understand the customers individual needs, and provide information on products and services to help meet those customer ?s needs.

You must be flexible as the call centre is open between the hours of 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday.

Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
