OppOrecruitment are seeking an Associate Director level Chartered Surveyor to lead as Head of Professional Services for a national and internationally recognised Organisation. The ideal candidate should have an outstanding track record with a minimum of 3 years post experience working within the same sector.
Holding your MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation you will act as Head of the Professional Services department, you will have a pro-active approach to managing the Nottingham office's current commercial client portfolio whilst having the expectations to grow and develop new business. Included in the overseeing of the department you will be responsible for carrying out various Landlord and Tenant work, the negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews, Red book Valuations and some secure lending duties. In addition to this you will be involved in some the financial aspects, which will be reported and updated with the office Director.
In order to successfully operate in this role you will have extensive experience in this type of environment, you will need to be a highly proficient, pro-active and strong leader who can enthuse those individuals working for them.
