Description

Contract Manager at one of UK's biggest Stadium's will fulfill the job role of the Cleaning Services Manager and be responsible for developing and managing the delivery of efficient and effective cleaning service operations for the Client. 

The Company’s contractual responsibilities at the Stadium are well planned and executed to ensure Client satisfaction is maintained.

Excellent account management develops the Client relationship and leads to contract retention.

The Company’s business objectives are achieved and profitability is maximised.

Health & Safety Purpose: To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself, your subordinates and others who may be affected by your work activities.

Operational Management Processes:

  • Delivery of year round daily cleaning, associated C&E services, kitchen cleaning, match day services and waste management are professionally managed and executed.
  • Work practices are undertaken in accordance to Health & Safety Policy.
  • Risk assessments and auditing of work practices are completed.
  • All operational practices are undertaken with due diligence and adherence to company policy and procedure.
  • RFU/TEL is provided with the specified service support functions effectively and efficiently, ensuring that the Client can deliver unhindered business.
  • Agreed processes and procedures are adhered to and enhanced.
  • Timelines and deadlines are met and achieved.
  • Frameworks and matrixes of work are clearly developed with staff understanding their role and expectations.
  • Clear KPIs and SLA are met and the service delivery is enhanced.
  • Innovation is actively pursued and introduced to the contract through effective trials.
  • Help Desk requests are actioned and updated in a timely manner.
  • Client assets are sustained, maintained and protected.
  • Customer feedback is evaluated to inform the rest of the team/ business and used to improve products, services and service delivery systems.
  • A focus on progression is maintained and it is evident to the Client that we are a progressive proactive company.
