Job Description: 

This is a fixed term contract starting immediately: therefore you must be able to start ASAP.  We are looking for energetic, target driven, motivated, confident individuals to join their team. The company specialise in Lead Generation (Pension Reviews) and require pro-active sales focused professionals to join the team. As this role is predominantly phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator.

This role is a varied role and very rewarding, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their customer service skills further.

THE ROLE: Working within a fast paced Outbound call centre environment, proactively identify and generate qualified pension reviews for a number of Pension companies.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

* Using excellent communication skills to identify leads who qualify free pension reviews.
* Ensuring all correct information is entered into the system.
* Achieve set personal targets on a daily and weekly basis to achieve bonus and contribute to the team's success.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in pro active manner.
* Work as part of a team within a call centre environment but has the confidence to use ones own initiative.

For the position of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following experience:

* Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
* Ideally phone based customer service experience
* Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer services

Paying £16,000 p.a. on a Fixed Term Contract for a minimum of 3 months + uncapped bonus OTE Realistic £25,000

Candidates must be able to work Monday – Thursday 10.30am – 20.00pm & Fridays 9.30am – 14.30pm
