CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES
Hourly pay rate £7.14 rising to £7.59 after 12 weeks service
An exciting opportunity to join an established, respected organisation based on the outskirts of Exeter.
Purpose of the role:
Customer Service Representatives are primarily responsible for providing front line Customer Care Services. Within this role you will receive and respond to customer queries, issues and request which can be incoming or outbound telephone calls, or written correspondence and non contact administration.
You will need:
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Accurate keyboard skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
Successful candidates will join our client on a temporary assignment.
After completion of 12 weeks services candidates may have the opportunity to join the organisation directly on a permanent basis, provided they have satisfied specific objectives based around a selection of criteria which are achievable through a comprehensive training program and support, and also dependant on the operational needs of the business.
This organisation invests in quality training and support and looks to retain committed individuals on a long term temporary basis or by offering a permanent contract when positions become available.
We are looking for people who can work full time hours predominately between core hours of 8am and 6pm " 8 hour shifts.
Training is expected to be between 9.00am and 5pm for a period of 2-4 weeks however this may vary.
