Responsible for the timely and correct implementation and maintenance of existing IT Portfolio
configures and programs or customer connection to Managed Services equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, servers, etc.) in accordance on this agreements and processes, schedule and Services Level Agreements (SLAs)
Responsible for the correct and timely transfer and reporting processes to the departments through training process descriptions and / or otherwise.
Responsible for day-call systems checks.
Serves as second line support to customers with regard to ICT and to support First Line Support.
Informs customers, both internally and externally, about work and answer any requests from the client in a professional manner.
Installs, configures and maintains monitoring equipment.
Captures administrative work firmly and reports on findings on a regular basis to the ICT Manager and other team members.
Development of ICT Portfolio.
Contributes to the development of the ICT portfolio.
Takes initiative in the development of existing and new services, and will provide for that input in the team
Keep abreast of the latest developments;
Adheres just active safety issues as they may arise in the ICT field;
Examines (attempted) breaches of the safety aspects of ICT and if found outside their own field in conformity with the established procedure on a regular basis.
Reports outcomes and ensures the implementation of actions on any recorded incidents.
Will actively and on a regular basis to examine conformity about agreements.
Helps ensure that information relating to customer information and or security are protected with regard to ICT in a proper way.
Manages the monitoring and checking reports the security systems used on this to the IT manager.
Helps ensure that unauthorized employees or third parties do not have access to with regard to IT systems.
