Working as part of the HLF (Hardware, Logistics and Facilities) team (which is split between London and Portsmouth), the ITLM Auditor will be responsible for capturing the information of specific IT assets currently in our customers live environment.
This will involve liaising with our team leads and Project Managers to ensure there is an end to end delivery of service.
Working to a pre-assigned schedule, (delivered by team lead/PM) to walk the customer environment and to scan/capture the requested asset information into a flat feed file (laptops and scanners provided).
Asset information (regarding PC/laptop, serial number, make, model and desk location) are to be tracked in the customer flat feed file with the reports produced/saved at intervals throughout the shift and at the close of day.
We are planning to spend 2-3 minutes at each desk to capture all of the required asset details.

Successful candidates need to be efficient, well organised, presented and trustworthy.
Working as part of an overnight/OOH team, you will possess the self-management skills to manageand complete tasks on your own initiative.
Reliability is also key given the customer facing environment we face.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
You are expected to have the personal qualities to influence the members of the full HLF service to ensure the best possible service and work closely with the service delivery manager to implement improvements.
Possible weekend work required - Time and Half and Double pay Sunday.
