About the Role:
Lead the delivery of solutions that support the business and functional strategy in the respect of architecture and solution design and solution standards. This includes the control of the architecture of solutions and accountability for the delivery.
Manage a team that has credibility across stakeholders in delivering efficiently strong solutions within projects or business enhancement
Having a wide understanding of SAP modules in supply chain and can personally deliver or drive the delivery in the entire function with reasonable level of expertise
Familiar with facilitation, workshop, requirements management and testing methodologies
Core application focus areas: SAP APO, PP, MM, LE, WM, MII, PM and QM

Contribute directly and indirectly in the development of future functional and programme solutions at a middle management level of the organisation

Leads and drives the Supply Chain Consultants team for their deliveries to achieve great results at pace

Mentors IT Supply Chain team members; coaching to enable professional growth, enabling development opportunities, and demonstrating clear self-direction in delivering the functional agenda
Enabling positive IT Supply Chain outcomes

Drive the implementation of technology solutions on a given projects or programmes.

Control the quality of all solutions against key users and architecture principles.

Take accountability for delivery of functional elements of Supply Chain Projects

Ensure the architectural principles and quality standards are communicated, understood and enacted

Is responsible for adherence and development of efficient and effective IT processes related to the role
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
-
Key experience in directly managing consultants
-
Has good understanding of Supply Chain processes preferably in the Consumer Goods industry

Has ability to influence and alert their hierarchy on technical design in their area
-
Experienced in managing teams of Consultants both internal and external (2-5)
-
A track record in contributing the delivery of projects following a structured quality gate methodology

Revenue – Basic approval of expenses
Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in the delivery of project in Supply Chain
• Good business engagement
Desirable Technical Qualifications:
• SAP Certification or references
