As our client's organisation continues to grow, both in the UK and around the world, it’s critical that the IT function provides the right HR solutions to take the business forward.
To this end we’re looking for a high-calibre Solution Architect for HR who can add significant value to one of Europe’s leading retailers, helping to drive greater efficiencies and taking their career to the next level.
In this project delivery-focused solution architect role, you’ll take the lead in working with stakeholders across our HR functions to analyse IT requirements and identify potential solutions.
The work will focus on key HR technologies and processes – specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
You’ll have the opportunity to partner closely with HR stakeholders in order to promote existing and future IT solutions tailored to help meet that function’s strategic needs.
As a result your stakeholder management skilset will be critical, and you’ll need to drive conversations with internal customers across a number of different levels.
You’ll also be required to scope out the longer-term development and expansion of these technologies, while also operating autonomously to prioritise and deliver for the current business needs.
Ideal candidates will be ambitious and personable in their approach, with experience of working in a consumer goods or blue chip environment where they have developed expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and solution architect skills.
Previous exposure to other HR systems (such as payroll) is desirable, while experience of managing and working with third party vendors would be advantageous.
