Job Description:
Due to continual growth we require a Junior Developer who has an IT related degree/qualification and has exposure / commercial experience to C#, ASP.NET, mySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript or jQuery.
You will be working within a small team on internal and external software projects for the vehicle auction industry. You would be following design standards and agile methodologies and learn from our current development team.
Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the development and programming of new innovative systems within SMA, both internal and external, working closely with the relevant business unit and IT / Online Remarketing.

To project manage new system developments and/or improvements.

To provide system modifications, developments and documentation to third party companies according to the design brief.

To research, recommend, test and implement improvements to the system ensuring that new technologies are taken advantage of to improve efficiency and resilience.

Maintain and assist in the on-going development of various SMA systems such as the website, online offerings and other initiatives, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with best practice.

Maintenance and development of SMA’s mobile application on IOS, Windows mobile and Android platforms.

Create appropriate monitoring and test environments to ensure proper functionality and to minimise downtime.

Maintain appropriate reference / audit and training material.
