Junior Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Ex-Military recruitment business. 

OppO Recruitment is part of The OppO Family which works closely with a number of prestigious companies and government organisations.

As one of the leading UK Ex-Military recruitment companies we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service not just to our clients but also to those who have served within the British Military. We are currently looking for someone to work from our new office based in Uxbridge, which is 2 minutes from the train station/tube lines. 

Key responsibilities

• Developing ongoing client relationships.
• Understanding the market within a variety of sectors
• Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching to a suitable role.
• Managing our clients requirements 
• Updating multiple databases
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines
• Using social media to advertise positions
• Attracting candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
