Motorsport Teacher

£17,992 to £32,299 - dependant on skills, qualifications and experience.

You will be a positive role model inspiring our students to achieve the highest standards. This role will require excellent and inspirational teaching skills and the ability to teach a variety of Motorsport and Engineering qualifications.

You will ideally be working in or training in the Formula One Industry and have experience of teaching engineering in Further Education of Higher Education. This role offers an opportunity to work in a bespoke motorsport campus close to the hub of Formula One

Experience of following would be an advantage: CAD, Mechanical Principles, Engineering, Drawing for Technicians, Fabrication, Primary & Secondary Forming Processes, Electronics and Welding.

This job will offer opportunities to teach on a variety of programmes: Level 2 & 3 BTEC programmes, Apprenticeships, Foundation Degree in partnership with Oxford Brookes University.

You will be able to teach creatively, adapting to the needs of a variety of students and be willing to explore new teaching and learning strategies. You will preferably hold a recognised teaching qualification, and have previous experience of teaching preferably within the Further Education sector. You will also have well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills.

This job will provide opportunities to develop curriculum and lead on individual projects including developing links with local Bicester employers and on ensuring that our courses provide learners with accurate picture of up-to-date industry practices and standards.
