A Product Specialist is required to join a leading software house based in South Wales. Ideally the Product Specialist will have solid knowledge and experience of providing outstanding customer service and delivering training on IT systems.

The role is a very important one for my client as the post-holder is the face of the company on a daily basis to their clients. During any new implementation or roll out the Product Specialist must provide outstanding customer service and support to the client and liaise back any issues or problems to the relevant in house team. Working closely with the Sales team, Business Analysts, Developers, and Support teams, you will understand fully what the client is wanting from their software and that their needs are met.

The Product Specialist will also be responsible for providing training and educating the users on best practice for the system. Training could be provided via 1:1, group, e-learning sessions, or via bespoke handbooks.

Above all, as a Product Specialist you will need to have a high aptitude and ability to learn, excellent communication skills both written and oral, outstanding interpersonal skills , and a highly organized and diligent approach to your work. An understanding of IT systems, and good skills on the Office suite of programs would be highly advantageous.

The ideal Product Specialist will have experience of:
