Project Manager - Construction/Property
As the Project Manager you will be working alongside Directors as well as handling high-end projects of your own. Our client is a growing business and the role will require you to manage relationships with clients, employees, contractors and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Role:
Your responsibilities & attributes will include but are not limited to:

Overseeing Construction Projects across new-build and fit out across the commercial sector, from inception to completion.

Site reviews, assess feasibility and obtain budget costing.

Liaise with planners to ensure site issues and proposals are taken into account.

Supervise construction issues, reviewing agreements, proposals, conflicts, etc.

Instructing surveys of sites, existing buildings etc. for environmental, conditional and geographical issues.

Briefing sub-contractors

Management of teams and client relationships

Report to the CEO/Director

Good time keeping and able to work on own initiative ensuring delivery of projects are successful

Delivery of multiple projects
-
Required to travel to multiple sites
Start date is 1st June 2016
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
