Job Description:
A fully experienced and qualified Project Manager is required to manage a multi-sited security system installation project with a value in excess of £8M
The candidate will be responsible for the full management including:
· Resourcing & Scheduling
· Administration & Documentation Submittals
· H&S
· Programming
· P&L including billing
· Overall management of all labour, both direct & subcontractor
· Engineering compliance
· Client relationship management
· Commercial management
· Procurement
A full project team will report to you to provide technical design services and QHSE services.
Qualifications:
· QHSE - CDM experience and management skills
· Experience within the electrical contracting environment
· Contractual Law - understanding the contractual processes to ensure compliant and commercial position is managed
· Microsoft Project - To enable the management of the works program
· PRINCE2 qualified is a preference
