OppO recruitment is currently looking for a resourcer/entry level consultant to join our expanding team based in West London or Hertfordshire
For this role, the right person will be interacting with clients and candidates on a day to day basis dealing with new opportunities, dealing with the placement of candidates, making sure all paperwork is completed, updating our internal databases
We are looking for the following skills/attributes
1) Strong communication skills
2) 1 year minimum recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred)
3) An understanding of IT and technology industries
4) Willingness to learn
5) Good time management skills
6) Sales experience (face to face or phone)
7) The ability to think outside the box
8) Client relationship building skills
9) Driving licence is essential
