To establish clear plans to deliver the DE&S contract programme
To ensure effective financial management is in place to achieve turnover, profit and cash targets, and to meet corporate and legal requirements.
Support the organic growth of the contract by providing operational expertise and leadership.
Manage relationships with both external and internal Customers and Suppliers to drive efficiency and value for money solutions.
Maintain and increase the Company`s influence on its contextual environment by involvement in and networking with relevant professional and trade groups.
To provide leadership to the contract and engage with employees such that they understand their contribution and are motivated to achieve their objectives.
To recruit, professionally manage and develop direct reports, and ensure that they are operating in accordance with the Governing Principles.
To ensure that a best practice framework is in place for the delivery of the contract using processes, procedures and systems which are aligned with those of the Company.
To ensure appropriate corporate governance is in place to comply with health, safety and other legal requirements upon the business and ensure that CSR is delivered effectively.

Track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Experience of successful people management and team development.
Strong financial, commercial and supply chain management experience.
Experience of operating successfully within both MoD and Commercial environments.
Master Mariner Class 1 / STCW 95 Regulation II/2 unlimited with experience in rank, or equivalent
