PURPOSE STATEMENT
To project manage the Kony scanning solution upgrade, Product Vision upgrade, MII reporting tool to MES migration
Accountabilities

Define and manage the detailed plan for each of the projects

Work with system environment manager to ensure alignment with other projects
-
Define the key milestones and critical path for the project activities
-
Ensure timely delivery of stage gate documents
-
Manage and escalate issues as they occur
-
Manage the activities of the development resource as appropriate to monitor progress and ensure that tasks are completed on time

Define clear ownership, responsibilities and deadlines for the Test and Cutover tasks including test preparation tasks, development of test scripts for integration testing, development of test scripts for User Acceptance Testing, issues resolution and regression testing.

Develop and manage the detailed Cutover plan to achieve a smooth transition for the business and minimal problems for the Business on Go Live

Ensure smooth handover to the support organisation

Proven ability to lead and manage a team across multiple locations

Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.

Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of contacts, especially the Business Team and the Competency Centre.
