An off-duty Defence Police Officer is in a critical condition after being shot in Gibraltar.
The incident happened yesterday afternoon at Europa Point. The officer was initially treated for his wounds on the Rock, but was then transferred to a hospital in Spain.
Three local men in their thirties are helping police with their inquries.
The Royal Gibraltar police are appealing for anyone who was in that area between three and five thirty yesterday to come forward.
